Note: Office visits are by appointment only.
Our initial visit is usually an hour in duration. During this time we go over a detailed intake form that you fill out before our visit, the current issues that you may present with, and past history.
I provide you with recommendations for lab testing (either through me or through your primary care physician), diet recommendations, and supplement recommendations if warranted.

The fee for the first visit is $225*, which includes a complete history workup. Additional appointments are $150/hour. Please see our frequently asked questions page for more details.
Cash, check, or charge is accepted but I do not take insurance. Appointments after our initial visit are on an "as-needed" basis.
Appointments are taken at the office that is most convenient to you for time and place. We now offer 3 convenient location options for visits: Sewell (Tuesdays and Thursday evenings), Merchantville (Wednesdays), Moorestown (Thursdays).
For appointments at the Sewell office please call the office directly to make your appointment at (856) 218-4848 and Ally will be glad to schedule you at the earliest convenience.
For appointments in Merchantville or Moorestown please call (856) 488-7067 and Alysia or Samantha will be glad to schedule you at the earliest convenience.
