Note: Office visits are by appointment only.

Our initial visit is usually an hour in duration. During this time we go over a detailed intake form that you fill out before our visit, the current issues that you may present with, and past history.

I provide you with recommendations for lab testing (either through me or through your primary care physician), diet recommendations, and supplement recommendations if warranted.

The fee for the visit is $115/hour. Cash, check, or charge is accepted but I do not take insurance. Appointments after our initial visit are on an "as-needed" basis. Call for an appointment today!
